  • Base Rental Rate: 13,500 TK for 10 hours and up to 80 KM within Dhaka.
  • Service Window: 7:00 AM – 11:59 PM.
  • Overtime Charge: After 10 hours, the charge is 300 TK per hour.
  • Midnight Policy: If the trip goes past 12:00 AM, the full next day’s rent applies.
  • Fuel Coverage: The base rent covers up to 80 KM. (If the base rent is actually for 40 KM, please adjust the Base Rate term).
  • Extra KM Charge: For travel beyond the 80 KM limit: CNG: 13 TK/km, LPG: 16 TK/km, Octane: 22 TK/km.
  • Driver Allowance (In-Dhaka): 200 TK per day (for meals, etc., on standard 10-hour trips).
  • Extra Charges: Renter must pay all Parking fees, tolls, and entry charges.
  • Service Area (Dhaka): Travel within or nearby Dhaka city only.
    Service Area (Outside Dhaka): Trips outside Dhaka require prior approval and an additional surcharge (500–1,500 TK depending on distance), plus a separate minimum daily driver allowance of 1,000 TK (excluding meals/hotel).
  • Exclusions: Rate is not valid 7 days before and after Eid/Puja vacations.

Toyota Hiace (2016–2022) Starting From 18,000/tk

  • Package Rent: 18,000 TK for a full-day service (up to 10 hours and 120 KM) inside Dhaka.
    Package Inclusions: All-inclusive: Toll, parking, entry fees, and fuel cost are covered within the 10-hour/120 KM package limits.
  • Working Hours: Maximum 10 hours per day.
  • Overtime Charge: After 10 hours, the hourly rate is 300 TK per hour, plus a 250 TK allowance for driver lunch/dinner.
  • Extra KM Charge: Beyond the 120 KM limit, the Renter pays the full fuel cost per additional kilometer: CNG: 13 BDT/km, LPG: 16 BDT/km, Octane: 22 BDT/km.
  • Outside Dhaka Surcharge: An additional 700 to 2,000 BDT will be charged, depending on travel distance outside Dhaka.
  • Driver Tour Allowance: For overnight/day-night travel outside Dhaka, a minimum allowance of 1,500 TK per day is required, which includes the driver's meals and hotel expenses.
  • Midnight Policy: Trips extending past 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur the charge for the full next day's rent.
  • Package Details: Includes a full-day vehicle with a designated driver. Custom day tour packages are available via customer care.
