• Monthly Rent: 75,000 BDT
• Package Option: Base Fare (excluding fuel cost)
• Extra Charges: All parking fees, bridge tolls, ferry fees, and entry charges are payable by the renter

Duty, Working Days & Service Window

• Working Days: 26 days per month, with Friday off
• Extra Days: Usage beyond 26 days incurs a daily charge per extra day
• Duty Hours: 10 hours included per day; overtime is payable by the renter

Driver Allowance & Policies

• Driver Allowance (Inside Dhaka): Lunch – 200 BDT, Dinner – 200 BDT (if duty continues after 9:00 PM; payable by renter)
• Driver Tour Allowance (Outside Dhaka): 1,500 BDT per day
• Designated Driver: Only TownTravelers.com’s designated driver will operate the vehicle
• Night Parking: Vehicle parked at TownTravelers.com’s designated area. Upon discussion, vehicle may be parked at renter’s location; renter pays parking kilometres (garage ↔ office)

Fuel, Maintenance & Documentation

• Fuel Cost: Renter bears all fuel costs or pays per kilometre: CNG – 14 BDT/km, LPG – 18 BDT/km, Octane – 22 BDT/km.
• Minimum Octane Usage: At least 20 liters per month for starting/switching off the car
• Daily Log Sheet: Maintained by the driver and signed daily by the renter
• Rate Includes: Driver’s salary, road tax, fitness renewal, maintenance, and repair costs
• Passenger Insurance: Not included in the rate

Area of Service

• Service Area: Valid inside and nearby Dhaka city
• Outside Dhaka: Requires prior discussion; rates may vary for outstation travel

Payments & Holidays

• Payment Method: All payments cleared by the 10th of each month via cash, bank draft, or online transfer to TownTravelers.com
• Security Deposit: As per mutual agreement
• Eid Holidays: 3–5 days as per government rules

Special Clauses

• Midnight Policy: Trips running past 12:00 AM charged as the next day’s full rent
• Political Strike / Natural Disaster: Vehicles unavailable; payment terms remain unaffected
